Welcome to Time 2 Help (“the Extension”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using Time 2 Help, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the product.
Time 2 Help is designed to promote healthy digital habits by allowing users to set screen time goals with a financial bounty. If the user fails to meet their goal, the pledged bounty is donated to a verified charitable organization.
To use this extension, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to use Time 2 Help only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your input data (including your screen time goals and bounty amounts) and for ensuring your Chrome account and payment details are secure.
If you set a bounty and do not meet your screen time goal, your pledged amount will be processed through our payment partner and donated to a vetted charity. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. You acknowledge and agree that Time 2 Help does not retain user funds for profit.
Your privacy is very important to us. We collect only minimal data necessary to make Time 2 Help function—such as usage statistics and goal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Chrome profile and ensuring your device accurately tracks screen time. Time 2 Help is not liable for inaccurate data due to browser limitations, extensions, or third-party software conflicts.
All content, branding, and design within Time 2 Help are the intellectual property of the developers and protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the extension without written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Time 2 Help at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Time 2 Help is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or outcomes related to habit formation or donations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time 2 Help and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including loss of funds, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the extension after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
